burlington!

Totally feeling the Burlington, VT love today. Just yesterday, Nick and I booked plane and bus tickets to head up there for a long weekend at the beginning of March and I could not be more excited. Then today, two silly but exciting things happened: I found out that Burlington is ranked as America's least-angry city and also, my good friend Jordan finally launched a website that he has been working on forever which consolidates all the information there is regarding live music in Burlington. As a result, I couldn't help but feel a boost in my Burlington pride and also remember other things that the city has been recognized for: it's one of the top twelve beer cities, the top place to raise a family, and the healthiest city in America. Then of course, I started thinking about the City Market co-op with its local and organic foods, riding bikes along the waterfront, the plethora of amazing food joints, the amazing live music scene which Jordan has now amazingly presented, and so much more. Nick and I have definitely talked about moving back to Vermont someday, and with all amazing things it has in store, how could we not continue to consider it?! Can't wait to get up there in just 27 days...but who's counting?
