resolutions for 2013.

1. Write at least once a week. A blog post, a book review, a letter, a poem, etc.

2. Keep in touch. Phone calls, emails, google chats, letters, etc.

3. Spend more time cooking and baking.

4. Eat more fruits and vegetables.

5. Work out at least three times a week.

6. Read at least 25 books.

7. Spend less money.

8. Write more gratitude lists.

9. Take a deep breath and change course whenever I feel myself getting uptight or stressed out.

10. Focus on my wants and needs and not on what I think people expect of me.

                                                                     

and lastly, 11.
